To Our Clients and Friends
“All persons ought to endeavor to follow what is right, and not what is
established.” – Aristotle
During this time of thanksgiving, our firm wishes to express gratitude for
your continual support in our shared pursuit of rightful immigration in the
face of the challenges imposed by the current immigration system. At Liu &
Associates, we are striving to do what is right rather than follow what is
merely established, and we know that you are, too. As you push the
boundaries of your respective fields by making new discoveries, developing
superior methodologies, and creating cutting-edge technologies, our firm is
striving to push immigration policies to new frontiers.
For example, our attorneys are continually challenging the established
immigration policies by working on immigration reform advocacy through the
American Immigration Lawyers Association. Due to their standing in the
professional and legal communities, our attorneys have been asked to
contribute to immigration educational pamphlets and give presentations on
behalf of local, state, and national bar associations. Our attorneys
continue to work on pro bono cases on behalf of the community as well.
These opportunities have allowed our attorneys to advocate greater change in
immigration standards to better support foreign professionals, scientists,
scholars, and their families in their U.S. immigration.
Moreover, our firm has been pushing the limits of case approvals, having
achieved more than 500 Eb-1A, Eb-1B, and NIW I-140 immigrant case approvals
in USCIS Fiscal Year 2013 (October 2012 – September 2013). In fact, our
overall approval rate for immigration petitions is approximately 98%. More
precisely, our approval rate is 95% for Eb-1A petitions, 99% for Eb-1B
petitions, and 99% for NIW petitions. Clearly, our clients are among the
most extraordinary immigrants; even the USCIS cannot deny that.
In light of our great success that we share with our clients and friends, we
thank you for your hard work and support, and we hope that the year of 2014
will bring continued joy, health, and prosperity to you and your family.
